Becoming a consultant auditor
51 is the number of people who have been appointed Advisory Auditor by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises in 2021.
In fact, this weekend marks the end of the selections. Nearly 1300 participants took part in the tests to qualify for the title of Consultant Auditor.
After 29 years, the date of the first audit campaign, all the Juniors were able to realise the importance of the auditors in the good functioning of the Movement.
What are the tasks of the auditors?
First of all, the Auditeurs-Conseils carry out their missions benevolently. During their free weekends, they carry out audit campaigns throughout France.
These audits refer directly to the two missions of the Audit-Consultancy :
Protecting the brand “Junior-Enterprise” and ensuring compliance with the legal framework : this mission refers to the Audit part. The auditors ensure that the Juniors adopt a disinterested management and an impeccable quality management system.
Assisting the Juniors in their development : this mission refers to the Advising part. Experienced, the auditors accompany and advise the Juniors in their various processes such as human resources or commercial activity.
Why become a consultant auditor?
As we have seen, becoming an Auditor-Consultant means getting involved in the Movement by making the more than 200 Juniors and 25,000 Junior-Entrepreneurs
Moreover, being a Consultant-Auditor is the opportunity to travel all over France and to visit many Juniors whatever their level of development. Over the course of the audits, the auditor develops an overall vision of the state of the Movement.
It is also an opportunity to develop one’s critical thinking, one’s pedagogy, one’s assurance polyvalence. All essential qualities in the professional world.
Finally, becoming a Consulting Auditor is to live a enriching experience and to make many informative meetings.
How to become a consultant auditor?
There are Organisational Auditors and Treasury Auditors. They audit different processes.
The organisational auditor audits human resource management, steering strategy, legal framework and commercial activity.
The treasury auditor audits the social (social declarations) and transversal (accounting management) process, sales and purchases.
Their selection tests are therefore different in substance but follow the same pattern:
A written test is organised by the CNJE at a national congress. It assesses the candidates’ knowledge on specific topics such as the Movement, the legal framework or the calculation methods of social contributions. This test is corrected during the day and gives access to the second written test.
The test is also used to evaluate the candidate’s knowledge of the Movement.
This test is corrected during the day and allows access to the second written test.
This test is corrected during the day and allows access to the second written test.
In the second written test, the candidate will be asked to write the following:
Finally, those who have passed this second test are summoned to Paris to participate in the Auditors’ and Trainers’ Training Weekend: WEFAE . During this demanding weekend, the candidates go through a series of training sessions with the members of the CNJE as well as partners such as EY . Finally, they face simulations during which they audit and advise a fictitious Junior.
This is the first time that a Junior has been audited and advised by a fictitious Junior.
ESCadrille is proud to have 2 consultant auditors at the end of WEFAE 2021
The entire ESCadrille team is pleased to announce that two of our members Lucas Wenderbecq and Nicolas Lebrun have been appointed Consulting Auditor.
This shows their involvement in ESCadrille and more globally the Movement of Junior Enterprises.
For them it’s the beginning of a new adventure, they will from the next weeks audit Juniors everywhere in France.
At ESCadrille, taking the tests to become a Consulting Auditor is a common practice and has been for years.
Today, each member takes the first written test in order to challenge his or her knowledge about the world of Juniors and hope to become an auditor.
Every year, we have new Consulting Auditors.
